Ingrid Tugwell

Ingrid serves as the Chief Administrative and Chief Compliance Officer of the firm. As CAO, Ingrid oversees financial reporting and administration for the firm’s portfolio companies and is responsible for the financial reporting associated with the firm’s investment holding entities. As CCO, Ingrid is responsible for all compliance aspects of the firm.

Ingrid has over 30 years as a business manager, human resource management and administrative manager, coupled with an ability to interface with cross-functional teams, vast clientele, and other businesses. She has executive leadership support across multiple geographically dispersed verticals, and engaged in the mentorship of startups and early stage founders. She will provide consulting and advising to portfolio companies to develop performance objectives aimed at increasing investment performance aligned with market conditions and economic trends.
