John recognizes the opportunity he has to empower others to gain skills and meaningful employment. By combining his experience, skills, and access to business acquisitions, he will create a training, staffing and employment placement company that will focus on workforce development in several industries. A component of his strategy is to partner with a local nonprofit to ensure ex-offenders-who often have limited education, the stigma of incarceration and a lack of employment history- are able to increase their employment opportunities and success.
